Men's mindset and beliefs were mostly formed before they were old enough to question them. They were not chosen. They were absorbed from the environment you grew up in, the people around you, the experiences you had, and the conclusions a child drew from them. Most men are still running those beliefs today, in a completely different life, as if they were fact.
Mindset is not a motivational concept. It is a structural one. It describes the lens through which you interpret everything that happens to you.
The Beliefs That Run Most Men's Mindset
Every man has his own specific set of beliefs. But there are common threads. Worth tied to productivity. Safety tied to financial security. Strength meaning the absence of need. These beliefs operate automatically. You do not decide to apply them. They apply themselves.
Updating the Operating System
You cannot delete beliefs by deciding they are wrong. They were formed experientially and they update experientially. Through new evidence, processed properly. Through understanding where they came from and why they made sense at the time.
This is the work. Not positive thinking. The actual rewiring of the patterns underneath your behaviour. When that changes, everything built on top of it changes with it.
