Free Men's Mental Health Resources UK | Rewired for Men
The three main guides below are the place to start. They are free. They take five minutes or less. They speak directly to the man who is capable but carrying something underneath.
The longer list below them is for the man who is already in the work. Or for the man supporting someone else through it. These are the resources I have used with men over the years.
Take what resonates. Leave what does not. Your journey is yours to own.
What if Monday felt different?
Off the treadmill. Back in your life. A short guide to how the pressure shows up around money, work, and relationships, and what changes when the pattern underneath finally shifts.
For the man who never switches off, and the man who has gone flat. Useful as a self read or as something to send a man who keeps saying he is fine.
When did you last check in with yourself?
A mini self assessment. Five minutes. Fifteen statements across money, work, and relationships. No right or wrong answers.
Just an honest look at where the pressure is sitting. Most men finish it knowing something they had not let themselves see clearly before.
You see it before he does.
A guide for the woman who knows something has changed..
The distance you cannot quite name. The shorter fuse. The man who shows up but is not really there.
You are not imagining it and you are not the cause. This guide tells you what is actually happening and what to do with it.
